It is with great gratitude that we say "thank you for now" to Nijantha and Aji. From the very beginning in September, the two young Master's students from Aalborg University have been part of the ReSource team. They are studying Operations & Innovation Management and Operation and Supply Chain Management respectively.

At ReSource, we see it as a privilege and part of our responsibility to help educate the skilled workforce of the future. The company has provided the framework for Nijantha and Aji to test their theoretical foundation in a practical setup during a 4-month internship. And the internship has definitely been a win-win situation for both parties. ReSource has received the latest theoretical inputs and valuable discussions to support the construction of the weighbridge system and the layout of both reception and exit areas.

Nijantha says about the process: "Being part of the team involved in building the company has been very exciting and fulfilling. There has been room for independence. I felt that ReSource had confidence in my abilities, I have had the pleasure and valuable feedback and advice that has helped me grow even more. Many thanks to the entire team at ReSource Denmark and not least Lars H. Kristensen for giving me the opportunity for a fantastic and educational internship."

Aji adds: "Being part of a start-up company has been educational. We couldn't just apply the theoretical knowledge we learn in school 1:1 in the workplace. In particular, it was exciting and challenging to adapt the theories and methods we have learned to Resource Denmark's start-up phase". At the time of writing, ReSource is delighted to announce that the two master's students have chosen to write their master's thesis in ReSource Denmark. This is huge!

It is also with great pleasure that from February to May we have welcomed Nikolaj and Asmus, both engineering students in their penultimate semester from Fredericia Maskinmesterskole's department in Esbjerg. Nikolaj and Asmus will have the opportunity to gain insight into and contribute to ReSource's high-tech facilities during the very exciting commissioning phase - and transition to the operational phase. Stay tuned.
