Our commitment to safety and employee training takes center stage at ReSource. From the initial design phase to our daily work processes, safety remains our top priority.
Knowing that up to 95% of workplace accidents are caused by unsafe behavior, we have initiated a comprehensive training program tailored to all our employees. Even before the plant is ready, we have put a lot of effort into developing a culture focused on health and safety. This includes external training courses on developing a safety culture, safe behavior in production and risk assessments. Internally, we focus on specific workplace risks and the safety culture we want to promote. This approach has already yielded impressive results and created engagement within our team.
In addition to these safety initiatives, we have taken a number of steps to ensure our team is well prepared for potential emergencies. First aid courses and two fire courses held in collaboration with the local fire department equip our employees to handle critical situations. These courses have also provided practical experience in firefighting, where we practiced extinguishing fires in plastic materials. This enables us to better understand the fire risks we face at ReSource.
